- Karina Butera Added January 19, 2018★ ★ ★ ★ ★It's so awesome to have a quality restaurant in the area. We've now been back four times since Wellers reopened as Fondata 1872 a month ago! The staff have bent over backwards to make sure the experience was great. The food is delish - I highly recommend the rabbit ragout pasta dish. The only downside to the restaurant is that it's not opened on Mon/Tue - so we have to go elsewhere those nights. Otherwise, we'll be regulars for as long as they continue to dish up the good stuff!
